I bring to you a cute little family home, perfect for those who want to start a family. It has a huge backyard, a large garage, and enough space for any family to grow. It has two bedrooms, one washroom. No tub, sorry!
You can chop up the bedrooms to create up to four, as I've done during playtesting, and the yard has lots of room to expand.
