Mmm, Pizza - Plain Pizza Box Default

Here is a default for the pizza delivery box (and any meshes which repository to it!) - it's just a plain box with some paper tape to hold the box together. This is the kind of box that we get around here, so, I thought, why not make it? I think it looks nice.
