These are based off of hoodies sold at incredibly tasteless discount shops like the (RIP in peace) late chain department store, Zellers. You get four of them for AM sims. As a child, I once had my mother buy me a windbreaker from that very same store, much like the blue and brown one, and the security tags made every alarm I passed go off despite taking it back twice to be de-magnetised. I was very upset as it was quite a nice, warm windbreaker, and had intended to wear it for a long time. I promise that my own version does not have this problem, though!
