That one ugly tucked basegame shirt, betterified! So, so many uses for this one. I added buttons that didn't suck, pockets that didn't suck, a texture that kinda sucked, etc etc etc. Anyways, you get four patterns for your AM sims. These personally remind me of those old sewing kits where you'd get fabric and a guide to make your own dress shirts. Heh.
