Advent day fourteen brings us the second of three houses, this time in a sort of East Coast, Maine/Nova Scotia/etc style. This one was actually inspired a lot by a house that I dream of a lot, TS3 University, and slightly by the Mutiny house's architecture in Halt and Catch Fire season 2. It has all of your basic utilities including laundry, but it's a blank slate to furnish as you see fit. :) It requires all EP's and SP's.
