Smol Lot 3 - 2 Bed, 1 Bath (Advent Day Fifteen)

Advent day fifteen brings us the third and final of the Smol Lots series, aka "Jeb gave up one day and made a bunch of smol houses and wants you to furnish them and stuff." It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and is inspired by Northern California's mid-century Craftsman bungalows. It has all of your basic utilities including laundry, but it's a blank slate to furnish as you see fit. :) It requires all EP's and SP's.
