Here we have a bit of a different thing today - a basic, modern trailer for your simmies to live in! This is very similar to what you'd get if you bought a trailer today - very basic, but not tacky. Needed CC is included in the RAR, just plop that into your downloads folder! The screenshots were taken in a clean game.
