Today I bring you some luxury, high-class apartments for your sims to inhabit. You get the choice of either 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom units, each with a balcony and shared laundry. You also get a full-sized kitchen and nice front-door parking. Needed CC is included in the RAR - just put that in your Downloads folder before installing! It is zoned as Residential and requires all EPs/SPs.
